Above 64 Kbps
Charges
for leasing the local leads shall be the rates of respective
circuits as per A(1). The rates are per pair per annum.
If
such leasing is not possible, then
(a) on
rent and guarantee basis, or
(b) on
contribution basis.
Maintenance
of end link : Whenever the end link at
subscribers premises is provided by the subscriber, the
maintenance (by BSNL) shall be @ 10% of the cost of the
link per annum.
