Pulse Rate from Prepaid Excel Connection for local and Intra Circle (i.e. Kolkata, West Bengal and Sikkim Circle) within BSNL Network (Cellular Prepaid Mobile to Mobile / Landline / WLL) has been reduced from 60 Seconds to 180 Seconds.

All other charges and conditions will be as per existing tariff rate.

This promotional scheme is applicable for normal Excel connection and not for Excel OneIndia, Excel Anant and Prepaid Bundle (with Nokia and Motorala Handsets connections).

This scheme is valid up to 10.09.2007.
