Tone (PRBT) service for Landline Customer (initially
for EWSD exchange customer) of Calcutta Telephones
w.e.f. 01.02.2008.
1. The Monthly fixed charge including
download charge will be Rs. 30/-
2. IVR Call charge will be
One MCU / 20 seconds. ( MCU means Metered Call Unit
)
3. Customer interested for PRBT
will dial toll free no. 1800 345 0001 for registration.
4. For selection of Ring Back Tone
customer has to dial 2266
5. For any complain or query, customer
will dial toll free no. 1800 345 0002
