1) It is a Postpaid mobile plan
of BSNL Calcutta Telephones specially designed for the
students presently
studying up to under graduate level having date of birth
after 1.1.1987.
2) The following documents in addition
to normal bona-fide documents are to be submitted along
with the Postpaid mobile application form
A) An attested copy of certificate in support
of age whichever is applicable as below
i) The certificate certifying age
from Head of the Institution in case not yet passed 10 th
class. OR
ii) Pass certificate / Admit card of
10 th class or equivalent examination from concerned Board.
B) One mandate
form from the parents /Guardian of the student in
the prescribed form.
