The promotional offer for reactivation
of closed Pre paid mobile connection was started w.e.f 15.07.2006
for a period up to 11.10.2006. But due to some technical reason,
the scheme is closed on 10.09.2006
and no further cases for reactivation of closed pre-paid connection
should be taken up.
