Q. 1.  Can I use my existing number as a member of a centrex group?

Ans.  Yes.
Q. 2.  How will I dial any number in the group?

Ans.  A two or three digit number will be provided to you for your identification
           number in the group along with other numbers. You will be provided with a
           different dial tone than the regular one. You have to dial the centrex numbers
           during that dial tone period. For normal call you can shift to normal dial
           anytime by pressing 9.

 Q. 3.  How will other from outside the group call me?

 Ans.  He will call you by dialling your 8 digit directory number as usual.

Q. 4.  Can I get CENTREX number for all exchanges?

Ans.  No, Centrex facility is only limited to EWSD type of exchanges. But provisioning
          of Centrex may be done for any exchange depending on the requirement of
          that particular area.
