Loyalty Management Scheme (LMS) for BSNL Landline and Broadband Customers
It is a small step taken by BSNL to support environment by promotion of E-Bills instead of paper bills.
Customers opting for receiving bill throuqh Email only option will be entitled to get 10 loyalty points.
This initiative will also help in saving substantial amount spent on bill printing and bill dispatch.
Every small GREEN step taken today would go a long way in building a greener future and that each one of us can work towards a better global environment.
Under this initiative BSNL is encouraging its customers to GO-GREEN by subscribing telephone bills on Email . This will reduce the consumption of paper in printing the telephone bills and delivery of bills on cost efficient automated channels basis thereby building awareness and consciousness of environment protection.
In lieu of the above , BSNL is granting 10 loyalty reward points to BSNL LL/BB customers who opt for getting their bill through E-mail Only option. Scheme is effective from 01.10.2013.
BSNL Loyalty Management Scheme is a reward program through which loyal customers get reward points when a customer uses BSNL Landline and Broadband services. The reward points earned can be redeemed in terms as free MCUs for making free call on BSNL on-net calls.
The salient features of this scheme are as follows
i, The Loyalty benefit is extended to the LL and BB customers whose monthly bill amount is INR 400/- or above or Bi-monthly amount is INR 800/- or above.
ii. The following customers are not entitled for loyalty program:
Loyalty Reward Points
Loyalty reward of one point for every INR 50/- of customers invoice amount whose monthly bill amount is INR 400/- or above or Bi-monthly amount is INR 800/- or above.
